Osteopathy in Sendling for herniated discs and nerve problems

Tingling, numbness, or pain radiating into the arm or leg are often experienced as intense and unsettling.

Complaints such as sciatica, lumbosacral radiculopathy, or other forms of radicular pain often occur in connection with a herniated disc or irritation of a nerve root. A first important step is therefore clarity: what may be happening, and what does it mean in your individual case?

Many of these symptoms feel more threatening than they necessarily are. Simply understanding what is going on can already bring relief. In my osteopathic practice in Sendling, I work with you to examine the physical and everyday factors that may be influencing your symptoms and to develop a plan that fits your current situation.

I offer osteopathic support, among others, for:

  • Sciatica and lumbosacral radiculopathy

  • Radicular complaints affecting the cervical, thoracic, or lumbar spine

  • Neuropathic symptoms and sensory disturbances

  • Complaints following a herniated disc, whether managed conservatively or after surgery

You are welcome to bring any existing medical documents, reports, or imaging findings to your appointment. Together, we review your symptoms, previous examinations, and your current situation, and discuss how osteopathic care may support you.
