Osteopathy for Gynaecological Complaints in Sendling
Holistic osteopathic support for gynecological complaints and pelvic floor tension
A woman’s body goes through many changes over the course of life — from the beginning of menstruation to pregnancy and menopause. These phases can be associated with physical discomfort, tension, and emotional stress.

With osteopathic treatment, I gently and holistically support women with gynecological complaints. My approach includes considering the pelvis, abdomen, breathing, posture, and surrounding structures. The goal is to reduce tension, promote mobility, and effectively support the body's self-regulation.
The focus includes complaints such as:
-
Period pain
-
Symptoms related to endometriosis, accompanying medical treatment
-
Recurring bladder problems
-
Pelvic floor tension
-
Pressure sensation in the pelvis
-
Pain during sex
If necessary , intravaginal osteopathic techniques are also used to specifically treat deeper layers of the pelvic floor muscles and the organs. These are always performed gently, individually tailored, and only with your explicit consent.
In our osteopathy practice in Munich-Sendling, I will support you in better understanding your ailments and sustainably strengthening your physical well-being.
Osteopathic treatment does not replace gynecological or medical care. It is intended as a complementary support.
