About Ben Schreiner
As an osteopath and alternative practitioner in our practice in Sendling, my focus is on the treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries and nerve problems.
After more than ten years working with people in motion, I'm not only interested in where it hurts, but also in why some problems disappear quickly while others persist. To explore this, I combine my osteopathic studies and practical experience with current findings in pain research.
Together with you, I want to address your symptoms in a targeted and, above all, understandable way. My goal is not only to reduce your current suffering, but also to ensure you fully understand how you can once again interact with your body safely and with resilience.
Education: •B.Sc. in Osteopathy, Osteopathy School Germany, Berlin •Licensed Heilpraktiker (Germany) •B.Sc. in Interprofessional Healthcare, ASH Berlin, ongoing •FRC Practitioner, Functional Range Conditioning •Personal Trainer Collective, one-year trainer certification •Body Consulting / Body Principles, one-year training plus ongoing professional development
My approach
Solve straightforward problems clearly. Address complex problems honestly.
In my work, I support people with both acute and persistent complaints. Not every problem requires extensive analysis. An acute muscle injury, a joint restriction, or a clearly identifiable trigger can often be assessed directly and addressed in a focused way.
Other complaints are more complex. Chronic pain, recurring symptoms without a clear explanation, or complaints that persist despite previous treatment rarely arise from a single factor. Physical, psychological, and social influences often interact, shaping how symptoms develop, how they are experienced, and why they continue.
For me, treatment therefore always begins in the same place: I want to understand which factors are involved and what role they play in your situation.
This is how I work:
-
Thorough understanding: I begin with a detailed case history and work with you to identify what may be triggering, influencing, or maintaining your symptoms.
-
Planning together: Based on this, we develop a plan that fits your situation, your daily life, and your goals.
-
Trying things out and adapting: Through targeted interventions and honest reflection, we explore what is helpful in your specific case.
-
Building confidence and understanding: The goal is for you to better understand what is happening in your body and how to respond to it with greater clarity and confidence.
