About Flora Müller
I am Flora Müller, and in our osteopathy practice in Sendling, I support patients with empathy, clarity, and genuine curiosity. My special focus is on women’s health and the different phases of a woman’s life — from menstrual cycle-related concerns to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause.
For me, osteopathy is both a foundation and a philosophy. I understand it as a respectful, holistic way of relating body and experience to one another.
I am currently training as a systemic counselor, which allows me to integrate emotional and psychological processes even more consciously into my osteopathic work. To me, the body and emotional experience are closely intertwined.
In our osteopathy practice, I would like to work together with you to understand what is happening in your body, which factors may be influencing your symptoms, and what kind of support makes the most sense for you.
Education: •B.Sc. in Osteopathy, Osteopathy School Germany, Berlin •Ongoing specialisation in women’s health within osteopathy (“Women’s Health – Osteopathy in Gynecology” under Prof. Renzo Molinari, D.O.") •Licensed Heilpraktiker (Germany) •Ongoing training in systemic counselling (at the GST – Center for Systemic Individual, Couple, and Family Therapy) •Certified yoga teacher •Further training: Regaining a Strong Core – Goodbye Diastasis Recti (training with Heike Gross) •Member of the VFO (Association of Independent Osteopaths)

How I work
1. Arrive and listen
During our first appointment, I take the time to understand your concerns. We talk about your symptoms, your life circumstances, and what is important for your well-being.
2. Understand and assess
During the assessment, I look at movement patterns, muscular tension, and functional restrictions in order to build a clear picture of the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.
3. Treat and connect
Using gentle osteopathic techniques, I support your body in finding more ease, mobility, and balance. I do not work “on” the body, but with it — in dialogue.
4. Reflect and integrate
After treatment, we discuss what may support you in everyday life, such as movement, breathing, mindful routines, or small practical changes.
5. Support the next steps
Depending on your situation, we may plan follow-up appointments to accompany ongoing changes. The goal is to help you better understand your body and take an active role in your health.
