Sports osteopathy in Sendling

From injury back to movement

Sports-related injuries can affect many different structures of the body, including muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, and bones. Whether the issue is acute or has developed gradually through overuse, we work together to identify the factors related to your symptoms and consider what kind of osteopathic support may be appropriate in your situation. I support both recreational and competitive athletes with acute injuries, overuse complaints, and the transition back to training and everyday life.

The focus is not only on the current complaint, but also on how it developed, what may be contributing to it, and how physical load can be rebuilt in a meaningful way.

Osteopath assists patient with exercises

I support recreational and competitive athletes in cases of acute injuries, overuse injuries, and during their return to training and everyday life.

The focus is not only on the current complaint, but also on how it developed, what may be contributing to it, and how physical load can be rebuilt in a meaningful way.

Typical reasons for treatment include:

  • Muscle strains and muscle fibre injuries

  • Tendon complaints and tendinopathies, for example involving the Achilles tendon, patellar tendon, or shoulder

  • Ligament injuries and tears

  • Joint irritation and instability

  • Stress fractures and overload reactions

  • Pain during training or competition without a clearly identifiable trigger

For me, sports osteopathy also includes rehabilitation. Together, we develop a structured plan to help you gradually rebuild strength and resilience — in sport, in everyday life, or in both. I combine osteopathic treatment with load management and clear patient education.
